Complaints Authority SA offers transparent and competitive pricing for our dispute resolution and document preparation services. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

1. Initial Consultation Fee

R99.00 (non-refundable once submitted)

This covers the administrative processing and preliminary review of your complaint matter.

2. Document Preparation Services

Pricing for document preparation is provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity and volume of documentation required. A detailed quote will be provided prior to commencement.

3. Full Case Processing

For end-to-end dispute processing, fees are structured based on the nature of the dispute, the forum involved (e.g., RHT, CCMA, NCC), and the extent of administrative work required. A full cost breakdown will be provided before any work begins.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);

- Other payment methods as agreed upon at the time of engagement.

5. Payment Terms

- The initial consultation fee of R99.00 is payable upfront before case review begins.

- Additional service fees are payable as agreed in the service quotation.

- All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

6. No Hidden Fees

We believe in full transparency. All costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before any chargeable work is undertaken.
